What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. During Special Holidays, check-in is from 4:00 PM, while check-out remains at 11:00 AM. Special Holiday arrangements are subject to hotel announcements.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. Hotel guests may store their luggage at the Front Desk before check-in or after check-out.

Can I smoke in the guest room?

No. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms, in accordance with Taiwan’s Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the hotel. Additional charges will apply for any damage to hotel property or equipment.

Does the hotel offer currency exchange services?

Yes. Foreign currency exchange is available for international guests at the Front Desk. Please present your passport when using this service.
